Purpose Statement

We make TMS and SPRAVATO® treatments accessible, while creating rewarding opportunities for people who want to help others achieve mental wellness.

Core Values

  • Inspirational: The brain’s ability to heal inspires us. The people we serve can and do achieve mental wellness. Their courage and perseverance inspires us. We motivate and encourage each other to live lives of joy and purpose. Our culture of teamwork is evident and achieves amazing results.
  • Results-oriented: We offer healing from mental health disorders. The people we serve receive effective, measured-based care. We show up for our work and are in the present moment during patient care. We take responsibility for our patient’s remission and reevaluate treatment plans when needed. We continue to learn and grow to achieve our own potential and to better serve others.
  • Clear communication: We communicate well with the people we serve and each other. We explain treatment plans clearly. We are transparent with our own plans, so we can work well as a team. With clear communication, we know where to place priorities and can best achieve goals. We advocate for ourselves and others.
  • Impactful: Our mindset is vital in our positive impact on others. We intend for the people we serve to see significant improvements in their mental wellness and their lives. We will offer our services to as many people as we can, while staying safe, effective, and sustainable.

The name of the clinic and our logo—a wing in flight—embodies our gratitude to our neighbors who serve at Fort Riley. The 1st Infantry Division’s Distinctive Unit Insignia depicts Athena, the goddess of victory. The motto of the Big Red One—No Mission Too Difficult -resonates. Interestingly, during World War II, the Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps (WAAC) also adopted Athena as its symbol.

DEI Statement

Victory Clinic’s goal is to serve people in our area who may benefit from our services. We believe that everyone has the right to be cared for with respect and compassion, regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, creed, age, disability, genetics, political affiliation, background, or sex (including gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, transgender status, and pregnancy).
