Many insurances cover TMS or SPRAVATO® and do not require a referral.
Victory Clinic makes treatment with TMS and SPRAVATO® accessible by working with many insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield Kansas, Anthem Colorado, TRICARE, and VA benefits. Most patients, including military spouses and dependents with TRICARE, do not need a referral to begin care. Only veterans and active-duty service members require referrals, while the majority of others with treatment-resistant depression can receive treatment directly since Victory Clinic is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem insurance plans.

Blue Cross Blue Shield or Anthem can be used for TMS and SPRAVATO® treatments.

Note: Each insurance has their own policies and determination processes for coverage for these treatments. Treatments are subject to your share of costs (copay, deductible, and coinsurance), as determined by your insurance plan. If your insurance doesn’t cover TMS and/or SPRAVATO®, we have self-pay payment plans available.

TRICARE Dependents, Spouses and Retired
Dependents, spouses and retired do not need a referral.

Active-Duty Service Members
Active-Duty Service Members may request a referral from their PCM or BH.
Once you are seen in clinic, Victory Clinic will request authorization and approval for TMS services for you from TRICARE. If you do not have a referral, yet need our services, please contact us.

Do you have VA benefits?
Victory Clinic is proud to accept VA Benefits.
Veterans need a referral to use their VA benefits for our services.
Please contact your PCP or BH to submit a referral for you.
If you are a Veteran and your provider tells you that they are referring you to us, yet you haven’t heard from us yet, please do not hesitate to text us or give us a call to let us know.
