Here’s how to make your same day appointment:
- Text us at 785-669-8675 through Klara, our private messaging service. You will need to type in your full legal name and include your date of birth.
- Expect a welcome text back the same day. We will ask you to send us a copy of your insurance card with beneficiary information to confirm eligibility.
- We will schedule a visit for you with one of our caring providers. Both in-person and e-visits are available.
- If you have commercial insurance, expect to pay your co-pay at time of check-in.
How do I pay for TMS or SPRAVATO®?
Many insurance plans cover TMS or SPRAVATO® for treatment resistant depression. If your insurance doesn’t cover treatment, financing is available through Affirm on our RepeatMD app. Contact your insurance to check your eligibility, or you may call or email us with questions.
